The LAMOS group has the following research infrastructure:
The LAMOS group is equipped with an HPC cluster, called Aether. The cluster is based on Intel's new Broadwell architecture and was installed in November 2016.
We are dedicated to maximize the usage of our HPC-cluster, and are happy to grant access to any interested person / working group at the University of Bremen, especially (but not limited to) MARUM and the natural sciences faculty (FB1). In order to get access, please contact the LAMOS-IT group.
In close collaboration with the DOAS Group at IUP-UB, LAMOS has built an imaging DOAS instrument. More details will follow soon.
In close collaboration with the DOAS Group at IUP-UB, LAMOS has built several small, mobile "mini DOAS" instruments, based on Avantes spectrometers. One of these instruments just participated on the research cruise MSM58/2.
