We have generated three different types (levels) of data products:

Level 2a: Basic data product. One file per orbit. Contains the swath data (individual ground pixel data) for all ground pixels (i.e. for quality flag good and bad).
Level 2b: One file per month. Contains the swath data (i.e., the data product for each ground pixel) only for ground pixels where quality is good.
Level 3: One file per month. Contains gridded data (0.5 deg latitude x 0.5 deg longitude). Four grid files per month are available: (i) main column product, (ii) mean fit error, (iii) standard deviation, (iv) number of measurements per grid cell. Only those data have been gridded where the quality flag indicates a good measurement.

So far we have processed all available consolidated SCIAMACHY Level 1 version 5 orbit files from the time periode January 2003 - December 2005.
