![]() Seminar Ozean, Eis, Atmosphäre
Universität Bremen, Gebäude NW1, Raum N3380
Termin: 12.11.2002
Referent/in: Miriam v. König, B.-M. Sinnhuber
Title:
In order to get a better understanding of chemical and transport prozesses
in the middle atmosphere, observations of trace gases need to be
accompanied by modelling studies. Using models to interprete observations
has been a major motivation for the modelling activities in Bremen. An
ideal approach would require a hierarchy of models, from simple box models
to complex three-dimensional chemical transport models. We will give an
overview of the models that are available at the institute or being
developed currently, and also present some examples and applications.
