Why use this module?

The module is intended to be self-contained, that is, you do not need to have additional materials available when you are using it. The module is intended to complement traditional textbooks and coursework, not to replace them.

Unlike traditional learning methods, this module allows you on your own to test your knowledge and understanding of the material it presents, and to identify your strengths and weaknesses by yourself.

• You can choose which sections you want to work with and visit them in any order.
• You can spend as much or as little time as you want on a section.
• You can leave sections at any time and revisit them when and as often as you want

What should I know already?

• You should have an understanding of physical chemistry or molecular physics to first degree level.
• You should also have an understanding of the mathematics appropriate to this level of study.
