How to get to the IUP from the airport or the railway station?

From Bremen central station ('Hauptbahnhof', exit 'Zentrum'):
- either tram no.6 (Direction: "Universität") to the University (about 13 min).
- or use the bus no. 30S (Direction: "Lilienthal"). The bus station is half left of the railway station in front of the higher building (about 6 min).

From the airport (via central station):
You can also use the tram no.6 to the University (about 30 min). The stop at the university is called 'Universität / Naturwissenschaften 1'.

How to find the IUP inside the building?

If you stand in front of the building NW1 at the parking lot, the institute is situated on the right hand side in the new part (U) of the building on the second and third floor. Use the entrance to the library and go straight to the elevator. The secretariat of Prof. Burrows is located on the second floor in room U2125, the secretariat of Prof. Notholt on the third floor in U3035.

If you want to get to the ocean section (Prof. Rhein), don't use the entrance to the library but use the main entrance to the glass covered hall. Cross the hallway and turn right to get to the exit at the side of the building. Next to the exit the tracer-group can be found.
