We will be on the 3rd floor meeting room in the met.no Research Department building in Gaustadalleen 30D. (Note that the research department is not located at the same place as the met.no headquarters.)
It takes about one hour with public transport from Oslo airport to the met.no research department, either with airport express bus ("Flybussekpressen" number F3 direction Bekkestua) to Rikshospitalet, or with airport express train to Oslo central station (Oslo S) or Nationaltheatret and from there subway (T-bane line 5 Storo or line 3 Sognsvann) to Forskningsparken.
The airport express bus leaves at 15 minute intervals between 8 and 10 and between 17 and 22, otherwise every 30 minutes. The airport express trains to Oslo S leave every 10 minutes all day.

Met.no has a discount agreement with Norlandia Saga hotel. The hotel has a good standard and is located in a calm area, but there is some walking distance (~15 min) to subway. The special rate last year was NOK 725,- for single room (I assume the conditions for this year are about the same).
We also have an agreement with Rica Travel hotel (more centrally located and probably a little simpler standard): Here the special rate was NOK 688,- per night for single room when I checked earlier this year.
