Modify pyhdf to make it work for GEOMS format

Some variable names are to long in the GEOMS format drescription for pyhdf, namely. The code has to be adapted to make it run:

• find char temp2[64+1] in hdfext_wrap.c
• change to char temp2[256+1]
• run python setup install --force to reinstall pyhdf
