SCIAMACHY Throughput Monitoring - Spectral Results

This page provides access to first results of spectral throughput monitoring performed by SOST-IFE.
These results have been derived from Level 0 data analysed in a similar way as for the channel averaged throughput data (but of course without spectral averaging).

Note that the monitoring data presented here have been reprocessed using actual (Level 1b V6.x upwards) radiometric key data.

Currently, results are available for the following light paths:

• Nadir Light Path (WLS via ESM mirror)

• Nadir Light Path (Sun through subsolar port via ESM mirror, fast sweep)
• Nadir Light Path (Sun through subsolar port via ESM mirror, pointing)

• Limb Light Path (Sun via ASM & ESM mirror, nominal scan)

• Calibration Light path (Sun via ASM mirror & ESM diffuser)
