Welcome to the LAMOS group lead by Prof. Mihalis Vrekoussis.
The group is hosted by the Institute of Environmental Physics (IUP) at the University of Bremen.
We are closely collaborating with the excellence cluster MARUM.
Our research interest focuses on the use of atmospheric models to assess and evaluate changes in the composition of the atmosphere, and their effects on the Earth System. We use both Eulerian and Lagrangian models for a variety of applications, from assimilating observations to simulating volcanic eruption plumes.
