  • Important notice: These absorption spectra are preliminary. The resolution of about 1.3 nm is insufficient for atmospheric retrieval. The temperature dependent cross sections are useful for estimating the temperature influence on the retrieved IO amount if atmospheric conditions differ strongly from the respective temperature used in the laboratory measurements.Background information on these spectra is available online as Supplementary Material to an ACP paper on IO and BrO satellite observations above Antarctica at:
