Bremen Summer 2016
From July to September 2016 the TROLAS group carried out a summer campaign comprising the intensive measurement of trace gases, solar radiation and meteorological parameters on the top of the NW1 building of the Institute of Environmental Physics of the University of Bremen. A main objective of the campaign was the investigation of chemical and physical processes during air pollution episodes. In that context, NO, NO2, NOx, CO, O3 and the total sum of peroxy radicals (RO2*= HO2and RO2, being R any organic chain), global solar radiation, NO2 photolysis rate, wind direction, wind speed, temperature and pressure were continuously measured. A NO2 filter radiometer property of FZ- Jülich was also installed in cooperation with Dr. B. Bohn (FZJ-IEK) for the campaign in Bremen. The analysis of the measurements obtain is presently on going.
