OMO-EU

OMO-EU was conceived as an experimental exercise for the preparation of the intensive measurement phase, i.e. OMO-ASIA. The main objective was therefore to evaluate the performance of the whole OMO payload during test flights with HALO base in DLR-Oberpfafenhoffen and under conditions similar to those planned for OMO-ASIA.

In order to minimise constraints caused by the delay in the certification of CO as addition gas, PeRCEAS was slightly modified to take part in OMO-EU using 2% C2H4 for the radical amplification.
